Black Creek Guitars has become known
for our full line of Boutique and Custom Amps and Guitars. We reside in a brick
and mortar storefront with regular hours, if you are unable to come by during
store hours, appointments can be made to see any of our guitars & amplifiers at
a mutual time that works for all. Call or email to set up an appointment that's
convenient. We can also accommodate your needs in a full line recording studio,
if you need to really turn it up. (by appointment only). Trades - We love trade-ins at Black Creek Guitars. Our favorites are the guitar brands that we sell, but don't be afraid to call and tell us what you have. We're always looking for nice Baker, PRS, Fender, and Gibson guitars. Either call to give a description over the phone or email jpegs of your guitar. We pay more for guitars that we can see pictures of, so keep that in mind if you have a digital camera. Payment - The following forms of payment are acceptable: cash, cashiers checks, certified checks, Personnel checks, money orders, Visa, Discovery, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Bank Wire Transfers and PayPal, the buyer is responsible for any fee's. Items ship once payments clear our accounts. Shipping -
Black Creek Guitars ships UPS and FedEx. All items
shipped, are professionally packaged and boxed, All items are shipped in their
original boxes unless we feel that the boxes are substandard and won't sustain
further shipping, then we ship in our custom made Black Creek Guitar double wall
boxes. Returns - We offer a 24 hour return policy on new guitars. You must contact the store within the 24 hours of delivery and get authorization to send the guitar back. New guitars must be returned with all paper work and any warranty cards intact. The guitar must also be returned in the same condition, with original packaging as it was when it was delivered. After the guitar has been received and inspected by Black Creek Guitars payment will be reversed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance, Proof of shipping insurance needs to be faxed to us at our toll free fax number, no exceptions. The guitar will be refused and returned to the shipper if we do not receive the fax first. All returns must be insured for the full value, no exceptions. No returns on special ordered guitars. No returns on Amps. All cancellations of special & custom orders, amplifiers or guitars, are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. There are no exceptions to this store policy.
